Published rates are subject to change without prior notice, ensuring flexibility in unforeseen circumstances like airline ticket hikes or increased hotel and transport expenses.
2. Methods of Payment

Guests are required to complete full payment via credit card, providing their card details for transaction completion. The corresponding charge will reflect on your statement for a seamless payment experience.
3. Itinerary Amendments
The itineraries and services included in your package may be adjusted due to local/weather conditions, airway schedules, and other factors. Alternative options of comparable value will be offered in such cases, subject to availability. Any changes to the itinerary will be communicated prior to departure. Please be aware that Al Safeer Travel and Tourism retains the right to make minor adjustments to the itinerary without compensation. Additionally, no reimbursement will be provided in the event of force majeure, such as floods or earthquakes.
4. Hotel Accommodation & Check-in – Check-out Policy
In the event we cannot secure your preferred hotel accommodation, we commit to offering a comparable alternative within your budget and standards. Please note that check-in/check-out policies are determined by the chosen hotel, and Al Safeer Tourism is not liable for any deviations from these requests due to the hotel’s schedule constraints

Travelers are reminded of their responsibility to carry necessary documents, such as passports or valid ID cards, essential for specific tours. No refunds are applicable in case of document loss or absence. Visitors from abroad are particularly urged to confirm entry requirements and consult their country’s consulate for up-to-date visa and health guidelines, as these may change without prior notice.
